How we started
Daniel Ashby opened the first office on Melrose Place in 2012 with two agents and a borrowed desk. He had spent ten years at a large brokerage and wanted something smaller, slower and more honest.
Fourteen years later we are eight people. We still answer our own phones, we still visit every home before we price it and we still turn down listings we do not think we can sell well.
